Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 3-6 years of experience and strong skills in React to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications, delivering user-friendly frontend interfaces and robust backend systems. You should have a solid foundation in full stack development, with a focus on React for frontend development, and enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1) Frontend Development: Develop responsive, high-quality web applications using React, ensuring a smooth user experience across different devices and browsers.
2) Backend Development: Design and implement backend logic and RESTful APIs, integrating them with frontend applications to enable seamless data flow.
3) Full Stack Integration: Work across the stack to ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend, with a focus on performance and reliability..
4) Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
5) Testing & Debugging: Implement and run tests to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring application stability and performance.
6) Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to align on project requirements and deliver high-quality features.
7) Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in full stack development, React, and backend technologies.

Requirements:

1) Frontend: Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript (ES6+), with experience in modern frontend tools and libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
2) Backend: Working experience with server-side programming (e.g., Node.js, Express, or other similar frameworks).
3) Database Knowledge: Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)..
4) Version Control: Experience using Git for version control and collaboration..
5) UI/UX: Understanding of responsive design and user experience best practices.
